On **August 8, 2024**, Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) held a specialized training session titled **"Computer Vision Training for Faculty"** at the GAD Conference Room. The event, focused on Computer Vision for Intelligent Systems, featured **Jenno Fred M. Villarino** and **Marlon V. Maddara** from the Department of Math, Physics, and Computer Science (DMPCS) of the University of the Philippines (UP) Mindanao, specifically the AIDurian project, as the resource speakers.
The session brought AIDurian project members and DNSC faculty together — part of the project's capacity-building work in applying artificial intelligence and digital tools in agriculture.
